Geeker not for you? We're sorry to see you go, but understand completely - which is why we've made canceling your subscription easy peasy. Choose one of the following methods to cancel your Geeker subscription:

2. By Phone Simply call our customer support team at one of the following numbers to cancel your account :

3. By Email
   Email support@geeker.com with your cancelation request and someone from our team will finalize the process for you!
   
   
4. By Chat
   Get in touch with one of our customer support representatives via live chat to have your subscription canceled on the spot.
   
   
5. In the Members’ Area
   You can always cancel your subscription at your own convenience by using our cancellation service, available in the Geeker Members’ Area:
   
   • Log into Geeker with your username and password.
   • Navigate to “My Account”, located in the left-hand panel of the Area.
   • Choose the "Membership" option.
   • Click “Cancel Membership”
   Please note that online cancellations may take up to three business days to process and that you will receive an email confirming the cancellation at the email address provided during signup, shortly after.
   

   Once the cancellation process is finalized, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided during signup.  Keep this confirmation handy, as it contains your reference number!
